My name is Randie. I am a color and cutting specialist wanting to provide a safe space for my clients to feel drop-dead beautiful. i'm an edgy stylist of 8 years who loves my cat, horror movies and all things sanrio.
I am located at Salon Alter Ego in Spring Hill Florida. A women owned and women built salon in 2022.

The integrity of your hair comes first. I will only do and suggest what is best for your crown. All bleaching services come with K18 bonder to insure your hair does not snap or break. I am K18 and curly hair certified.
I treat anyone that sits in my chair like friends or family. I do not work in a robotic setting, what you see on my socials is what you get.
You will receive a text 48 hours in advance and 24 hours or less you will be charged a cancellation fee and no shows do not get booked again.

Hands down the best hairstylist I know and always takes the absolute best care of me and her clients! The first time I ever used her I made a big hair change (the red) and she didn’t disappoint! Every hair change I have done she hits the mark perfect and leaves me looking and feeling beautiful. If Randie moved out of state I would literally go where she is just to get my hair done by her! She is so sweet, talented, and an all around wonderful person. I haven’t had my hair done by Tiela but every time I go there she’s working on something amazing and is always so nice! They have created such a comfortable and amazing environment and I can’t wait to see them do more big things from here!
